Helping the Flying Doctor Soar
Tripling appeal net income to $1.5m annually
Royal Flying Doctor Service Queensland (RFDS) is an iconic Aussie organisation, providing incredible, around-the-clock healthcare to Queenslanders in need.
There was a longstanding direct mail program in place, but growth was non-existent and RFDS desperately needed more income to fund its vital service.

A Win-Win Campaign for RSPCA
Safer pets and tens of thousands of new regular givers
In 2014, RSPCA NSW and RSPCA Queensland decided to join forces in an effort to grow their regular giving programs.
Knowing that the telephone is an excellent channel to talk to people about regular giving, our challenge was how to best acquire a large volume of new phone numbers from members of the public, who would then be called and asked to give a monthly gift. The question we needed to answer: how do we best pre-qualify leads to give us the best chance of turning them into regular supporters?

The Battler Batting Above its Weight
The bilby harnesses advocacy and generates serious dollars
Save the Bilby Fund (The Fund) had experienced the loss of several income streams over recent years. This financial strain was impeding their ability to bring the bilby—a native Aussie battler—back from the brink of extinction.
We had been working together to establish and grow their digital appeals program over the previous two years with much success.

Acquisition Evolution for PA Research Foundation
Navigating the ever-changing direct mail acquisition landscape
PA Research Foundation (PARF) are a remarkable contributor to cutting edge medical research and the home of the world’s first cancer vaccine—Gardasil. But in 2013, their fundraising income was heavily reliant on events. Developing a reliable and robust individual giving program became a key priority for PARF in order to commit to continued and sustained investment into its vital medical research.

Personality, puns and loads of ‘paw’tential
Guide Dogs leads the way in peer-to-peer event fundraising
The team at Guide Dogs South Australia were working to diversify their fundraising income through the introduction of a peer-to-peer fundraising event. In 2017, they piloted the introduction of month-long ‘Lead the Way May’, which encouraged participants to commit to walking their dog every day throughout the month of May.
